People with motor dyspraxia also experience difficulty with changing direction; exhibiting poor balance and posture; having the tendency to trip, fall and bump into things; difficulty with handwriting and typing; and difficulty with dressing and grooming activities.

This does not impede their reading ability in anyway, but this physical difficulty in reading leads to acquisition problems that have a negative impact on general development.

On the other hand, dyspraxia is an issue in the acquisition of movements and psychomotor coordination. With dyspraxia, it is not the recognition of characters that is at the root of the problem, but physical troubles that prevent the child from moving and controlling their body in the way they would like. Dyspraxia can thus generate speech disorders and impediments.
