When is quadfest 2011 radford

The best school in VA The best school in the whole state of VA. What other school has the nation's highest grossing sales for alcohol? Thats who. This is THE school that will whoop anyones ass in a drinking contest.

You want to have the kind of fun you've never experienced before? Come to Radford, we'll show you a damn good time. You want an example of radford? The best college on the east coast in terms of drinking, women, and anything else involving a good time! A college with a campus full of the most beautiful southern belles and guys who know style way before everyone else.

No way man, I'm tired of associating myself with those dorks. Let's hit up Radford for an amazing time with the best girls the best parties ever! The Radford Sheriff's Office is one of the many city agencies that participate in this wonderful educational experience. April - Sheriff Armentrout commended the staff for their dedication to duty and willingness to assist the Radford Police Department during Quadfest weekend.

The deputies worked Friday and Saturday nights to provide the booking services for arrestees. This was another example of great teamwork! June - Sheriff Armentrout commended the staff for their performance during annual firearms re-qualification. Of course the most memorable part of the training day was the Taser certification course. Although it was not mandatory to personally experience the effects of the Taser, most experts agree that it serves a useful purpose for a variety of reasons.

The sheriff was proud that the entire staff was dedicated enough to subject themselves to such an extreme level of discomfort to maximize the benefits of the training course.

Another "Job Well Done"! During the Quadfest weekend, people were incarcerated and the Sheriff's Officer staff booked all of the violators. To try to distract students away in the university started "Quadfest", a music festival sponsored by several campus organizations and evolved over the years into a weekend long party which police have categorized as a "near riot. Although the event began as an on-campus music festival sponsored by organizations within the university, it quickly evolved into the biggest off-campus party weekend of the year.

By contrast, attendance at on-campus events dwindled. Starting in , Quadfest was no longer a school sponsored event. Starting that year, students sent out mass messages via the social networking website Facebook in order to coordinate the date of the event which they planned to hold despite the lack of on-campus activities. Since , the event has survived and thrived as an unofficial, student-led staple of the university.
